Order Electronically:

Order by Phone or Fax:

To place an order by phone, call toll-free 1-800-667-4626, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. International and Canadian orders call 1-805-385-3500, ext. 325. When faxing an order, please also include product code, your name, address, credit card number and expiration date, daytime and evening phone numbers plus name of issuing bank and bank telephone number. Order by Mail:

Sales Tax:

California state residents are subject to sales tax.

No P.O. Box addresses on checks accepted. C.O.D. is not available.

Unless otherwise stated or chosen, UPS Ground or Priority Mail will be used to ship your order. We ship most orders within 48 hours.

All supplements must be shipped to a physical address; no P.O. boxes accepted.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery from date shipped out of Muscle-Link.

Note: All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases, APO/FPO, and correctional facilities will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipping & Handling:

*Canada and Mexico: $5.00 shipping for each item.

*All other foreign orders: $15 first item, $3.50 each additional item.

Allow 2-6 weeks for delivery to Canada via Overseas Surface. For other countries please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery depending on customs clearance and courier service.

International Orders:

Due to rate differences and type of items ordered, your rate fees may vary. It is important that you contact the Muscle-Link Sales Department for delivery costs before you place your order.

For military locations and APO/FPO address, in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait for the military to route the package to you. This could be days or weeks. Please contact your local HWAC officer for details.

We will charge you $10 plus shipping fees for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are returned and re-shipped due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction also.

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We can ship most of the supplements we carry, however, various other products have been banned such as testosterone boosters, growth hormone precursors, ephedrine based supplements, and the ingredient vitamin K.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank. All credit card orders, please include the issuing bank name and telephone number so we can verify name and address of the cardholder.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply at time of delivery. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

The description of the package contents on the Customs form will read "Food supplements - for personal use only." Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

Some countries allow for importation of otherwise disallowed products "for personal use only," but not for resale. Check with your Customs office. We do not ship to Italy due to consistent rejection of packages by Italian Customs.

We do not offer UPS Canada Standard Ground because Canadian customers are charged large brokerage fees for Ground service. Brokerage fees are waived for Express delivery. So with the elimination of the brokerage fee and the large discount we offer off of standard rates, you will receive your package in less time for the same amount of money.

All prices are listed in US currency.

Damages:

Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Muscle-Link within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday at 1-800-667-4626 or 1-805-385-3500, ext. 325. At our discretion, we may contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. During period of notification and inspection we will contact you with further proceedings, i.e. merchandise credit, product reshipment, etc.

Returns:

Limited 30-day guarantee on supplements (All protein products are exempt/non-returnable). Guarantee applies to individual purchases only. For product refund requests, please call us during our normal business hours of 7 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday at 1-800-667-4626 or 1-805-385-3500, ext. 325 prior to returning any merchandise. Unopened or partially used merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. The invoice number for your order or your personalized customer Identification number must be on the shipping label when returning or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. On the rare occasion, that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open or use the product. Call Customer Service at 1-800-667-4626 or 1-805-385-3500 ext. 325 for item correction instructions.

Back Orders:

Every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry. However, on occasion, we may run out of certain products, particularly sale items. In this case, we will mark the product "out of stock" on our web site or you can call us at any time to check on availability. If any product is not in stock for an order, we can either hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available or send a partial order. Please confirm with your Sales Associate which option you prefer. Remember you will only be charged for what is shipped.

Note: For partial shipments where Air/Express is selected, only the first shipment is sent expedited delivery and the cost adjusted accordingly. All back ordered item(s) will automatically be shipped Ground. However, customers who want Air/Express delivery on the entire shipment will be charged for expedited service of the remaining shipment when the product becomes available.

Legal Notices:

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Muscle-Link shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and particularly the State of California, and shall be heard and venued in the County of Ventura.

If you do not wish to receive any Muscle-Link offers via email whatsoever, please notify us at once. When you submit a customer review, we ask for your email address, although you can choose not to have your email address displayed with your review (please indicate in your Subject line).
